CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2002-2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer is known for many things, but perhaps it is most famous for its faulty fuel gauge.

This gauge flip-flops more than a politician during election season. Some report that the gauge says "empty" after a fill-up, while others report the gauge says "full" when they're running on fumes. Either way, there's one thing everyone seems to agree on: the darn thing is just wrong.

Following hundreds of complaints and a few accidents allegedly caused by the malfunction, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) opened an investigation into the issue in May 2011. Unfortunately for frustrated owners, no recall has been announced.

Low beams wont come on. i checked lamps, fuses, took it to a mechanic he checked everything i did and replaced the switch with no luck. i have an appt to take it to a chevy dealer next tues. Can't wait for the B.O.H.I.C.A from them.( Bend Over Here It Comes Again). If others are having this problem why wont chevy recall them and fix the problem? My money helped bail them bastards out, they need to have a pair and step up and fix the problems.

Anyone who is having this problem or any other problem should report it to GM Customer Cares so they can establish a recall. I have already done so and the number is 1-800-222-1020 Option 3 and then Option 3 again. you will need your VIN number and the mileage. When so many people report a problem they start to investigate.
