I purchased my Trailblazer SS on 9/25/08 VIN: 1GNET13H682256428. I have a company car & this one is used mostly on weekends. It is garage kept & in excellent condition.
In September 2012, while on vacation I had to take my Blazer to Garber Chevrolet, 1700 N. Saginaw Rd., Midland, MI 48640 Phone 800-651-5810 because the left front fore/back seat motor stopped working. It was still under warranty & part was replaced. This February the motor stopped working again. Not having time during the work week I had to take my Blazer back while vacationing in Saginaw on July 8, 2014. I took it back to Garber Chevrolet for service. Please note on this day the mileage on my Blazer was 24,050. After waiting almost 2 hours past my appointment time I was told the motor had to be replaced & the motor that had already been replaced was no longer under warranty. The service adviser Rob Jablonski seemed quite embarrassed since I have not even put 3,000 miles on my vehicle since last replacement and said he would talk to his boss about this when he returned from vacation. As of today I have still not heard from them.
Obviously, this was a defective part & the replacement was also faulty. Today the mileage on my Blazer is just over 25,500. I have been driving only GM vehicles my whole life & am very disappointed with this situation. I request that this part be replaced free of cost & labor.
