I received a recall notice months ago and have had not response to checking and or repairing recall parts and or no contact, I have registered at recalls. Mopar. Com with no response to date (waiting months)

Takata recall/air bags. I received notice of a recall (ca recall #S61) on 9/13/16. Website is showing the replacement part is still unavailable as of today 2/11/17. I would think after five months the parts should be available. I'm very unhappy with this situation.

Notification for recall 16V-668 with no solution involving pretensioner airbag deployment where airbags will not deploy was reported 2 years prior to official notification of recall 16V-668. This was due to a front-end crash in 2014 where there were two passengers and the airbags did not deploy. The crash involved a nose dive going approximately 40mph into a 2-story gully directly hitting a large oak tree with no airbag deployment. This crash and the airbags not deploying was reported to asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department in 2014 with no solution or knowledge of issue. Official notification was provided in December 2016 through the usps.

THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE AIRBAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITY ON MY CAR THAT STARTED ON OCTOBER 1, 2016. WHEN I GOT THE RECALL NOTICE IN OCTOBER IT SAID THAT THERE WAS NO CURRENT REMEDY. IT'S NOW DECEMBER AND THERE STILL IS NO REMEDY WHICH MEANS THAT THE PROBLEM WON'T BE FIXED IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS. IF OUR LIVES ARE AT RISK BECAUSE A CAR COMPANY CAN'T GET OFF ITS [XXX] AND FIX THIS, THEN THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO INTERVENE. Takata recall. I have a recall on airbags and seatbelt transponder may not work in event of an accident. I refuse to drive this car and am not waiting until June 2017 for a repair. I want a buyback immediately....with incentive...so I can get on with my life. A rental is being offered at this time. I am not satisfied and a buyback would make more sense.
