When we took delivery of the car we noticed some residue on the windshield along the driver's side A pillar. During heavy rains, and even when washing the car, we noticed the driver's floor mat would get wet. The windshield was improperly sealed right where the residue was located. Water would leak down the A pillar, behind the kick panel and saturate the carpet.
Dealer repaired the flaw, no problems. We also had them removed the carpets and insulation and dry that and the floor pan where water had accumulated.
