Over the last 3-4 days my 2015 Chrysler 200 has been very unpredictable, leaving my self and my family afraid and unable to drive it. Several times, while in motion on a main highway and on a a city street (X3) my vehicle has completely jolted me to a stop, either shutting down or saying I was in P instead of drive. Obviously, I had started and shifted to drive to get from point a to my "shut down" location, which leaves me confused on why it would say I was in park all of the sudden. No, my emergency break was not on. Also, it also seems as if it was try sticking in either D3 or D4 gears randomly from time to time over the last week. I was helped by 3 officers to get my vehicle pushed and moved back to my residence. This last incident occurred while trying to break at a stop light. I am unsure of the components causing these problems so I am listing them as unknown. I have reviewed 8 recalls pertaining 2015 Chrysler 200S but am unsure of a recall number I would list.

After reaching 75,000 miles, my car started to stall and turn off by itself while driving. I performed an oil change, made sure all the maintenance was up to date, etc. It has a new battery less than a year old, new tires, etc. Eventually it stalled and shut off on its own while stopped and would not turn back on. Every time I try to turn it back on, it stalls and shuts off but the shifter lights blink repeatedly. I have a code that appeared on a mechanic's code reader which was U1504. He could not diagnose it. Chrysler would not look at it and wanted $125 just to do diagnostics. I just wanted to know if this was one of the recalled issues as I know they have been having engine and transmission issues.

The car stalled at a stop sign and stalled again 3 times after that. It read shift to P to start I did that and it would not let me change gear after that. I know this is a common problem with the Chrysler 200 so it should be a recall. This is a huge safety issue it happened while driving in a roundabout and people could have rear ended me.

Car stops while driving it. Very dangerous. Happened twice with this vehicle almost causing an accident which could have been fatal. Engine stopped while car was going 45 mph in heavy traffic. Having it towed to a Chrysler dealer on the 10th of September is as soon as someone can look at it. This car only has 55,000 miles on it and should not be happening. Car has been well maintained and is still being financed.

My Chrysler 200 year 2015 and while driving it on the freeway it will mot get the speed up. The mist it goes is about 60 miles per hour and this is when im already on the freeway. When entering the freeway it goes in very slowly I push gas pedal and it won't go past 40 miles per hour. Also at any time while driving it, it starts pulling itself like if it wants to turn off while driving. I feel this us very dangerous for me and my family. I have changed spark plugs and coils and it continues to nit function correctly.

My mecanic checked my card connected to a computer and told me I have a recall for my vehicle the code that came up was P1720-00but unfortunately when I try to type in my vehicle VIN number it does not show up as any recalls but I'm having difficulties with my car because my mechanic told me on the computer it showing it has a code which we googled and it is a record to this vehicle

Transmission issues for almost a year. I have explained them to the dealership who refuses to document. I purchased this car new the summer of 2015. It had sealants misssing from the manufacture and so it had a leak that resulted in the dealership having my car for 2 months and me having to force them to replace my carpeting they let sit in the sun for 2 weeks and mold and to replace parts in my car that they broke the clips on trying to find the leak. Several times they called me to come and get my car with mold in it and parts still hanging. I had to get managers involved. I came to get an oil change once and they sent me out onto the street without tightening the lugs and I was wobbling down the street and they lied and said the pressure was off balance. Once my car shut off with no oil it. They said it's likely the engine. My tire pressure has been saying its low since about a week after purchasing the car. Soon as I put air in, less than 24 hours its low. The windshield wipers have always sounded extremely loud. I had a thermometer go out before 3 yrs old. I barely have 30,000 miles on my car right now. Now my car wouldn't stay on when I tried to take it out of park in my driveway thurs. It stalled for a second to start up then it wouldn't come back on. I tried several times until it cranked up like normal, but then it refused to switch gears saying check transmission and park sense and to put back in park then shift gears. After that I had to have my battery charged to crank. The next day I had to get a boost. My battery and alternator tested good, but the check engine light is now on mentioning a throttle sensor and watchdog performance. Dealership claims my battery is bad. I again told them my transmission wasn't sensing correcrtly and switching gears cuts my car off sometimes. The technician says I need to pay $428 to have them replace my "bad" battery first.

5/30/19 I purchased my car from gage auto sales in Oregon. On 06/01/19 I was left stranded on the side of the road because it would not start. I had to have the car towed to the dealership. On 6/2 dealership said there were no starting issues and no codes and I could pick up the car. Starting issues progressively got worse. Leaving me stranded many times. Check engine light came on 6/23/19. 6/24/19 took car back to the dealership which they had until 07/12/19 stating is was the key fob and push start button. One week it ran fine then rapidly began to not start, check engine lights came on along with transmission lights. The car has been a lemon since day one. The dealership has sent me to a third party mechanic and are telling me the transmission is not covered under my extended warranty. This car had these problems the day after I bought it. It was defective when I purchased it and no one at gage auto sales will help me. I am 23 years old trying to make it on my own and there is no way I can pay 1500 to re-program the transmission. Please help me!
