The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front passenger side air bag would need to be replaced. The contact informed the local dealer of the failure and she was then made aware of a previous recall repair that was completed for the passenger side air bag and the dealer informed her that the diagnosis and repairs would be her responsibility. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 139,000.

Engine completely shut off as exiting freeway and was nearly hit by 2 cars. Managed to get home by driving streets and staying in righthand lane. Shut off twice but pulled to side of rode. It took approximately 4 seconds for ignition to engage. It is in garage and I am afraid for my life to drive it. I am [xxx] years old and will not give up on this because it is a danger to ones life. I went online to airpark Chrysler and texted with a nicole on February 15, 2019 and she said someone from in the service department would get back with me and no one has. Please help me with this dangerous problem. Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Depressed accelerator pedal lightly to proceed through an intersection.roughly 10 mph into the acceleration the vehicle suddenly without warning accelerated on its own through the next intersection causing a 3 car accident and 4 people injured.all vehicles involved were disabling damage with mine being the worst, total loss.air bags did not deploy causing injury to passenger and I resulting in seizures to passenger from head trauma.this defect of the vehicle has caused a major financial burden on me and my family from the date of accident and well into the future with my insurance rates since I have been deemed at faullt due to car accelerating instead of allowing me to stop.

I have received (several) notice about my air bag inflator housing having to be replaced. I've been to the dealer. The replacement part isn't available. It's been more than a year and no one is concerned except me. I feel like I'm not safe, I drive 100 miles a day (round trip ) for work. What if anything can I do? I can't afford to replace the car at this point.

Takata recall I requested remedy parts from fca online on 7/26/16. I received ref #29780030. As of 12/2/16, I have not received a notification that the parts are available. I called landmark Dodge Jeep in chamblee, ga and they said that they have not received a single replacement part for recall S43/NHTSA 16V-352. To me, this is an excessively time to be endangered by this safety recall. Please advise me via skierguy@comcast.net or calling 770-447-6607..

Today for the 1st time since I've had my Chrysler 300C hemi 5.7 liter V8 just randomly stopped at a red light. After taking out the key and restarting the car back up it continued to run, but as soon as we drove off at a low speed you can hear the engine shake and stumble a bit and wanting to stop. I have never encountered problems before since I got it back in 2014.
