Without warning the windshield wipers just stopped working. You can sometimes get them to come on but only on high and then they will begin to slow and then stop. Of course not returning to the off position which blocks your vision and causes even more danger. I have spoken to my local dealer and was told that "if" it is covered they will fix it but if not I must pay for the diagnosis. I can never seem to get a clear answer and do not feel comfortable taking the vehicle in without some idea of what is wrong.
