While working on my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica I noticed an actual hole rotted through the front sub frame. I started to check on-line and found this to be a wide spread problem. This is a serious safety concern I use this vehicle to drive my children in. Chrysler refuses to do anything or acknowledge a manufacturing defect.
When I had my car in to fix a front end problem last year I was told two of the three motor mounts need to be replaced. Now when having a tie rod replaced I am told subframe brackets are rotted and need to be replaced. A car that is five years old should not be rotting from normal driving. Engine mounts on a car should not go after four years.
2006 Chrysler Pacifica motor mounts broken. I have three friends that have the exact year/make/model vehicle and have experience the same issue.
