Paid $2500 for an extended warranty....Took Chrysler 3 weeks to find and repair the vehicle. During that period the Service Dept would not say if the vehicle was safe to drive but would not call it inoperable. This meant I could not get a rental.
Solution
Don't buy a Chrysler vehicle that is discontinued.
Don't expect the Chrysler Service department to give a S*(#$.
Don't expect the Warranty Customer Service Department to be any different.
