Numerous occasions of not starting on first or second try. Thankfully no issue with stalling once started and driving. Finally determined the fuel pump relay was bad; dealer wanted to replace TIPM. I had read on the internet about the fuel pump relay recall for other Chrysler vehicles and asked to have that fix preformed. Dealer refused said it could only be done on the recalled vehicles also refused to sell me the parts!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the relay kit on line downloaded the instructions and did it myself. I can't believe Chrysler is allowed to get away with only fixing a tiny portion of the vehicles with this defective component.

I have no reason to complain yet but I have to pay for the oil change, spark plugs and fuel injector cleaning totaling $318. I will ask for the plugs, oil and filter since it was placed on the old engine and I could use the parts when I do my next oil change. I will find out if the dealership will agree with me. I pick up car on Wednesday, Oct 20. Chrysler Group in Auburn Hills has been helpful and I recommend anyone with problems inform Chrysler immediately once you drop your car off at the dealership for repair. The experience has been reasonable and cooperative.
