Wiring harness! I kept getting P0204 codes and reset them. The van died and had to be towed. Chrysler dealer repair said the engine wiring and injector wiring harnesses were damaged due to heat (poor shielding). The injector harness is available but expensive ($300 to $400) The engine wiring harness is not available. It must have the damaged wires be cut out and a section spliced in (5hrs estimated labor). Also the catalytic converter is totally plugged up. I will be out in excess of $1,000 due to poor manufacturing techniques. It is no wonder that so many people buy foreign cars!
