A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

You's Funny, I needed a good laugh. Where to begin, I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Town and County from Windy City Motors, LLC, Wichita, Ks Took me a couple of years to save up for a car, I'm 68 years old and I have had many surgeries, so jogging is out of the question and I fall riding a bike so that's out. I have enough problems walking by myself. The only places I go to is Dillons, Dollar Tree and Goodwill , would love to go to the casino "BUT I HAVE A CAR THAT SCARES THE CRAP OUT ME"

When I purchased the car (Her name is Cassie) I took the test drive and notice that the windshield was cracked, engine light on (Dad always told me if you don't see any smoke, red lights or fire don't worry about it.) Well that RED Engine light is still on and when I get into the car 'First I pray it starts and Second I pray no RED light. WRONG! I try not to throw up or pass out. I just pull-up my Big Girl Panties and move on.

Enough about me. Beside the cracked windshield and the AC just blowing warm air on me. There is this weird sound around the back left wheel and of course the Red Engine light on always. When I got back from my test drive I told them my concerns and problems I noticed wrong with the car. The Dealership Both were brothers and told me not to worry about anything that they would take care of them, just give them a call set up time which we did came for appointment to be told that they got the wrong part and they would call me when it came in (So I left with no help) No call, kept calling, finally they called went to shop as arrange only to be told that the mechanic wasn't there that day. (so I Left again with no Help) went there a couple of times shop closed. Got ahold of them to go back to shop that Friday. Went there and the Mechanic told me that nobody told him about it and he couldn't do anything. (So again I left with no help) I'm not much of a crier but these last couple of months dealing with all this I've cried my weight in tears.

A couple days after I got the car took her to Q-Trip for gas. OMG I felt like the car was fighting with me. I put the nozzle in and tried to pump gas in it ran for about 30 seconds and then shut off this went on for half and hour to get $10.00 in her, I almost went postal at the gas pump. I thought it was some kind of security deal that no one could get your gas out, Boy was I wrong, its because of all the large holes in the vacuum system that there's not enough vacuum to suck it up. Can't drive a car if I can't get gas in it and I sure as H??? can't push the car. I've been calling, texts, going to dealership with no one there, I would leave notes on the door everytime I went, I even left a note with a delivery man dropping off parts I put the note in with the parts never heard from them.

They kept leading on until the warranty on the car was gone. Low and behold they told me that they can't do anything for me because its past warranty. So here I sit no way to go anywhere. Last time I walk to the store I fell and was on main road by intersection no one helped me. Cop came up to side street had to of seen me on the ground, he just drove off, fell once more trying to get up, had to scoot on butt to building to pull myself up. Got home took a shot of whiskey then another. Felt a little better. Sorry for complaining, I'm over 50 years old and feel that I don't have to put up with any BS. Later
