Town & Country 4.0L

While parking, with foot on brake, the engine surged. Skid marks are several feet in length. The roar of the engine startled people several rows away who called 911 after hearing the crash. The van lept forward, impacting four other vehicles, fortunately all unoccupied. The entire front of the Town and Country was virtually demolished and the other vehicles were moved within their parking spaces by the impact. All but one were heavy vehicles including SUV's and vans.

Chrysler has taken no responsibility, says no sensors noted any issue with the vehicle. Two weeks prior, the Town and Country shut itself down while driver was driving on highway. Have no idea if the two circumstances were related. Again, Chrysler says no codes support this claim. There are witnesses to both accidents.
