Heard an explosion in our garage, opened the garage door to find the back window exploded outward. Nothing wrong with it. The dealership thought it was the heat (high of 90 degrees that day), although it exploded at 9:30PM. I have asked Chrysler to cover the expense of the glass and make record of it, concern it will continue to happen to others and someone is going to hurt. I live in Michigan, the heat here does not compare to the heat in the south. The dealership here in Grand Rapids was sure Chrysler would, told us there would be no cost to us. Chrysler will not cover and show no concern it will happen to others. I am making record of this event, incase it does. If someone is hurt, I am a witness.
