Avenger SXT 4 CYL

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,000 miles

Keyless entry not working, changed battery in remote, Spoke to dealership, they said must have been the remote/battery. Used extra key remote and it still would not unlock the car. When unlocking the car with the actual key, the alarm would go off until I started the car. but then as I would drive the odometer would flash numbers/no fuse and the radio/time was completely without power. The car even stalled while driving. While talking to the dealership they said the car stalled due to the security system as an anti theft precaution. This entire issue continued intermittently for several days, then went away. Until the next time it happened anyhow.
