Hands free and usb have not worked for months. Fca tells me just replace it, known failures.

Its disgusting that a new car with such low mileage has a hands free module problems.

As an Engineer I can say that this part has virtually no issues electrical, so its a software issue. if so that should be zero problem fix on Dealer part. but no, they want to charge you over 700 $ for the fix!!!

This should be covered by warranty and there should be a recall for this faulty module.
