gearshift assembly faulty -

Gear shift assembly has been an ongoing problem since I purchased a 2006 Charger that wouldn't go out of park. My 2013 did the opposite but still same issue. CHEAP PLASTIC PIECES assembly very complicated to switch out and part is back ordered because needed so often. You can't use plastic on somethings that are used heavily everyday. My first car was covered by Chrysler after reaching up to CEO of company. May be my last Charger!
