Seat belts in middle row no longer latch. Tongue inserts but does not catch. Right rear seat belt often fails to feed enough belt out to permit buckling.

The rear seat belt did not work. The dealer was notified. The rear seat belts did not catch when pulled out quickly. The front seat belts caught normally when jerked hard. The consumer requested a written reply.
