problem #2

Grand Caravan SE 3.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,000 miles

THIS VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED, BUT ALSO HAD A 1996 PLYMOUTH GR VOYAGER THAT DID THE SAME THING, AFTER THE BELT CAME OFF ON REGULAR BASIS THE MECHANIC RECOMMENDED A WHOLE NEW PULLEY SYSTEM WHICH SEEMED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS WAS A $750.00 COST THAT THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE COVERING. NOW THIS VEHICLE MY DAUGHTER HAS WHICH IS 3 YEARS NEWER THAN MINE WAS IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM IF IT IS RAINING OR GOING TO RAIN DON'T DRIVE IT BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP WALKING. THIS IS ABSURD FOR THEM NOT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WITH EVERYTHING GOING BECAUSE IT ALL RUNS ON ONE BELT, DOES SOMEONE ACTUALLY NEED TO BE REALLY HURT OR KILLED FOR THEM TO FIX A STEERING PROBLEM??????
