Consumer stated that while driving and without warning the control arm snap causing the windshield wiper and the turn signal not to work. Dealer notified.
The steering alignment was inconsistant, some times pulling to one side, sometimes not. An alignment shop replaced the badly corroded ball joint. The ball joint was sealed, meaning it was not greasable by routine service. If the part would have had a catastrophic failure, the consequences are unknown, but could have been deadly.
