Intermittently the vehicle will shut off engine during stop and with have to turn key over again. We've had this van for 3 weeks and it has happened twice. Both times have been when decelerating to a stop. The first time it happened while in reverse and the second time it happened when in drive moving forward to a stop.
Tire pressure warning light stuck on constantly now both front seat head rests have popped open loudly one while driving and the other whole car turned off and parked. Cannot comfortable sit in seat any longer and if it had popped while I was in the seat I'd have had neck problems

We own a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan with 41000 miles on it that has been stalling while driving at mostly in town speeds. No power steering assist, no power brake assist. This vehicle is equipped with hand controls for a disabled driver. With one hand on the steering wheel and one hand on the brake lever all you can do is coast to a stop. Yes the same failures as the 2008 thru 2010 Grand Caravan that were recalled. The ignition switch has a weak detent spring in it. We had the switch and both keys replaced at a local dealership in rural Wisconsin that just happened to have the switch in stock. The service writer got into the vehicle and jiggled the key which shut of the ignition and stated yes this is a bad switch just like the recalled ones.. I have called Chrysler asking for them to cover the cost of $977.91 and they just reply with " I am sorry but your vehicle is out of warranty"
Side driver's passenger slide door will not unlock or open. Lock on inside will not move. Unable to unlock with key fob or drivers door unlock switch. This can be a safety hazard with kids in the back. I only have a little over 60,000 miles on the car the car was parked in the drive way. I went to load the kids and couldn't open the door
Anytime that I try to turn on the air conditioner or the heat, regardless of the control setting, the driver's side only blows cool and the passenger and rear only blows heat.
Short in electrical system, dvd stopped working (no video) shortly after lights flashed, horn sounded, wipers wouldnt shut off, windows would go down in front, ac not working, radio out, lights on dash illuminated. Discovered we could toggle these by opeming and shutting video screen. A week later while driving the engine abruptly stopped working while on the road. Was able to restart car. Lights on ac continue to flicker
The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the vehicle would not immediately start when turning the ignition switch. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, but the cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The local dealer was not notified. The failure mileage was 14,000.
Anytime the car is moving or in park and you unlock or lock the back rear right door makes a buzzing noise I have seen hundreds of people online with the same complaint it needs a recall
The ac was not working. Had it charged. Still no ac. Took the van to a shop and found via diagnostics something with the tippin module was wrong as well as a warning on the transmission that may be from the tippin module being bad was explained. Two months left on payments. Very pricey repair. My wife myself and our 5 kids will be walking for a bit. I recommend folks think twice on purchasing a Caravan.
My 2 front windows completely stopped working. The other windows still roll up and down. I hear a clicking sound on the passenger side like the window wants to work the driver side in hear nothing at all.
The "clock spring" behind the steering wheel broke which caused the steering wheel located electrical buttons to stop functioning for making uconnect phone calls, adjusting the radio volume, switching from one media (fm, am, cd, audio streaming and satellite radio) to another, accessing the dash panel odometer, outside temperature, digital speedometer reading, avg mpg, miles to go before running out of fuel and the reset function. This happened whether or not the vehicle was moving or turning or stationary.
Monday 3/25/19 10:55am car indicator lights briefly flashed while car was in motion during a turn and then suddenly died. No brakes, no power steering, absolutely nothing worked. Was able to turn car back on and get to parking lot. Same day after leaving(2:30pm) sitting at a busy intersection waiting on red light. Car dash lights again briefly flash and car turns off. Took about 10 min before I was able to start the car again. While sitting in a busy turn lane and not even having hazard lights work with kids in the car. Took car to get battery, alternator, and starter checked. All checked out good. Friday 3/29/19 while driving at 45 mph(8:30 am) car dash lights briefly flash and car turns off. Again no power steering, brakes ect. Waa able to coast to side of rode. Couldn't even take the key out. Also took about 1.5 hrs before it would start again. Each occurance has also set clocks back to the 12:00 time. Research has shown me that it is a common problem with this vehicle and that it is the fuel pump relay. This part was recalled on durangos and Jeep but Caravan did not make the list. Although per what I have read on this site and various others it is an obvious common problem. Vehicle is at 68,000 and is being taken in on Sunday 3/31/19. Where I have already indicated to mechanic what I want replaced due to the fact it is not an easily replicated problem on command and there is no code to check. It seems like the best course of action to tell them to just replace it. This should be a recall matter.
The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. While driving 45 mph, the battery indicator illuminated. A few moments later, all the instrument panel indicators began to flash. The contact pulled the vehicle over and had it towed home. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that there were no recalls associated with the VIN. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 143,000. The VIN was unavailable.
I flipped on my brights, while driving at night on back roads. The dash lights all lit up, the light brightness began blinking in and out, and even the radio switched off and on. When I turned the brights off, the airbag light stayed lit, then the stability assist light lit back up. I flipped the brights on again, with the same result as the first time. I have since been made aware that the tipm is faulty. I had a problem with the airbag light at mile 172 when I first bought the vehicle new. At that time, I was told that the original tipm was faulty and it was replaced. 55000 miles on the vehicle, and we are working on tipm number three. Both of our tipm issues have involved airbag function, which makes this a dangerous problem.
