I was going back to home at 8:45 pm when I turn a road and press the gas to keep going the vehicle never move forward and did stop couple seconds later and never moved again the vehicle start and everything does work but won't move forward or back

Driver side door lock actuator has faulted resulting loud buzz sound due to the electrical motor in actuator to not properly move. Fearful of a electrical short occurring especially since this where my 4yr old daughter has to sit. Also if the lock possibly goes completely out I'm fearful of 2 things 1. as my daughter sit by that door it at any moment becomes not locked allowing her to open while vehicle in operation 2. vehicle no longer locked while vehicle unattended allowing anyone acess it's been buying for awhile now have not received any safety recall information on this yet. I was instructed to booked an appointment to Dodge honolulu branch which I did to check my airbag that never work since I took the car brand new and the battery is being replaced less than a year for 4 times in 3 yrs. But when I brought my car to Dodge honolulu, I have been informed that Dodge main office denied my car check. I informed both mr kuniskis and Mr. Agosta but never heard back today.

My 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan sport van, which has slightly over 50,000 the back driver's side passenger door just stopped working. It worked in the morning. After driving to the destination. But then in the afternoon, it refused to open when I was headed home. I have used the fob, manually from the outside and inside as well as the overhead button in the van. It makes no sound as if it is trying to open. This is a huge safety hazard should anyone ever get stuck in the van. Dealership is refusing to fix unless I pay out of pocket, despite others having the same complaint. At the very least a recall needs to be done.
