Sliding door locks jammed and not working...stuck. Can't open the door manually either. This is dangerous because can't get kids out from the back especially during emergency situation. Dodge should recall all sliding door actuator or whatever is causing this stuck lock on sliding doors to open.
The driver side, sliding door lock, is making a buzzing sound when it is locked manually or when it automatically locks when driving. I'm not sure if the door is actually locking or if the lock is fully engaged.

I loaded all of my children in my van to go do a walmart pick up. All of the doors were working fine. We got home from doing our pick up, and the back driver side door would not open. All of the children had to get out of the other side, and climb over a baby car seat. We tried to get the door open from the inside, and the outside, we tried to disengage the locks, but it seems as though they are permanently stuck. If I get into a wreck, this is a safety hazard. Simultaneously, the door on the passenger side in the back will not lock at all. These are both hazards which should be recalled, and fixed immediately! I believe it has something to do with the electrical system, however I am no mechanic. I am not the only one who has had this problem, I have been researching the problem and there are many. I just want to drive a car that is safe for my children, and my van has less than 50K miles on it, I bought it brand new off of the lot. This should not be a problem I am experiencing.
Left rear door lock is inoperative. Door will not unlock with remote (power lock) or manually. About a month ago, the power lock started failing intermittently. As of 5/6/2020, the lock is frozen in the locked position. This appears to be a common issue with this vehicle from model years 2010 forward, linked to a failed door lock actuator. This is a safety hazard in that rear passengers will have great difficulty exiting the vehicle in case of an emergency.
Transmission is dead at 74640 miles, luckily it died before me getting on the turnpike. I was at a light and when the light turn red I was going to go and a loud noise happened and it wouldn't go forward.
Every time the electrical door locks on the driver side sliding passenger door is locked while either driving or using the fob there is a very loud buzzing sound. The auto door locks is messed up and should be fixed by the dealership and not cost the owner about 1500$.
I have had the engine and transmission rebuilt and the car is not quite four years old. The rear ac has been fixed, the T.V. that came with the car has been repaired. The door locks have been fixed. The fuel injected have been repaired and now I am having problems with the Cadillac converter. It car has had so many problems and a lot of the problems were some of you recall. I will never get another Dodge.
Drivers side door will not open. Manually or by remote. It is stuck in lock mode. Serious safety issue! I have an infant in a carseat and 3 other children that this impacts! if we were in an accident someone could die!!
Automatic second row passenger doors and or locks are sealed shut. The doors cannot be opened or closed and are sealed completely and totally shut. There is no manual over ride system to manually open and close the doors or to manually unlock the doors to open them. These are the doors that children use to get in and out of the vehicle as these are the seats that children, toddlers, and babies ride in. These doors are completely and totally sealed shut and cannot be opened manually. They may or may not be locked and cannot be unlocked manually either. The auto mechanic cannot get inside of these door panels to find out what is wrong even after stowing the seats as there is also no way to get the door panels off from the inside of the car while the doors are sealed shut. You have to open the doors to get the door panels off to look inside of the doors to see what is wrong. But, you cannot do this because the doors are sealed shut. Faulty and defective design and engineering! serious safety issue for children! mechanic cannot get any information from Dodge about how to fix problem. Doors have been sealed shut for 6 months. Cannot get in or out of either door in second row. No manual override of any kind to use doors as manual doors. Automatic door design and automatic lock design are defective and present a serious safety issue. Dodge not telling dealers or mechanics how to fix this either. It is a mystery and Dodge is not sharing information to get it fixed.
My rear drivers side door lock will not move back to unlock. The key fab, the dome button, not the door handle will move the lock position to open the door. I noticed it after I was driving and turned off the car. It happened after the car was started and then shut off after driving it.
I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and every time I unlock the door or lock it it makes this loud buzzing noise, the door works fine it opens and close. But when using the unlock button from the key everyone can hear the load buzzing noise took the car to dealer and they stated the problem was a faulty door lock actuator. They want $650 dollars to fix the problem.
