I have a 2004 eddie bauer ford expedition. Will start and run perfect for weeks, then all of a sudden with no explanation will turnover but will not start. I have several mechanics look at it, but its still in the shop right now with another mechanic who also cant figure it out. One mechanic told me the eddie bauers have a power wire for the fuel pump that runs under the car which gets wet and shorts out the fuel pump. He fixed it, still same problem. Then a mechanic said the throttle body positioning sensor was getting stuck, allowing too much fuel and flooding the engine. Fixed that and changed all the spark plugs, still doing the same thing. Has anyone heard of a similar problem and hopefully have an answer to fix this expedition? I love the car and don't want to get rid of it, but if its a lemon and unreliable its useless to me. Thanks, Danny
