During start up, there's a tapping noise so tried to replace my timing chain and cams cause they were making the noise supposedly. This occurred @ 35000 miles but noise is still present after that. Also, when driving the vehicle delay shifting making the car extremely fast on take off.

The reason they claim was that my spark plugs, boots, and turbo were bad. This all happen at 35000 miles on a new car. I'm the original owner car was new not used. I had it for a 2 years, and already called to complain to Ford, maybe to start. A case it was suggested for a buy back or replacement but Ford denied the claim.

I contacted lemon law and no help from them. They said Ford will not do anything about it just keep submitting repair reports. This is the second car from ford that have given me issues as a new car. My suggestion to Ford was just replace my engine because the problem that I have going on will be for a car that has at least 100000 miles and needs a tune up cause basically that's what they've done (a complete tune up on a car with less than 36000 miles).
