This is completely not okay, I never received any recall information and I don't feel I should have to a file a claim on my home insurance and auto insurance to repair all of the damage. Unfortunately nothing will repair the damage it did to my kids as they will never feel safe in a vehicle or our home again with a vehicle outside of it. Not to even say this is the SECOND fire that was caused by a vehicle that caught my children's DAYCARE on fire. I told them that it would never happen to us. HERE WE ARE 6 months later, and it has happened to us. They are terrified. Nothing can be compensated for that!
