Engine front cover gasket failed in line with recall 99B29. Ford does not include my truck, built 04/97 in recall campaign 99B29 indicating the original recall has been inadequate.
Consumer states that without warning the two front doors will stick and it will be hard to open for the consumer to enter or exit the vehicle. Dealer notified.

Ford has redesined the outer door shell because they are aware of the problem it seems to be a common problem so I think that Ford should recall the outer door schells on the 1997 F-150.
Doors develope a crack near the window, on corner where door handle is. I had repair made at the dealer, which were experimental according to the body shop manager. Driver door re-cracked after the repair, months after the repair. Again a welding repair was made. Now the passanger door has started cracking again. I feel the welding fix is not the answer, and the manufacturer needs to replace the door skins with a newly designed part.
Driver side and passenger side door panel is cracking. Manufacturer and dealer is aware of door fracture; however, structure of door for a 1997 is no longer being made.
Stress cracks inside of frame of driver's side door and passenger's side door. Also, ABS braking system isn't operable, and brake pedal goes all the way down to the floor. Dealership is aware of problem.
Door is cracking and progressing every day I use the vehicle. Soon, it will result in injury to passenger or other people on the road. Dealership refuses to look at vehicel and follow Ford's suggested resolve on this issue.
