: the contact stated upon yearly state inspection, it was determined the rotors had too much porosity during the casting process. As a result, the rotors must be replaced in order for the vehicle to pass this year's inspection; however no repairs were made.

The service manager indicated two of the brake rotors had completely rusted and two of the lower ball joints needed to be replaced.
