Vehicle vibrated while driving 57 mph. Consumer pulled the vehicle into a service station and noticed that tread separated from the sidewall on passenger's rear tire. Ford, F150. Original equipment or replacement part is unknown at this time. Tire size P275/60R17 & dot #adt03jj4801. The tire manufacturer was notified.

P255/75R17, while driving 60mph tires experienced tread separation. Consumer replaced 2 of the tires due to tread separation, dot number ad9C448, for both tires, Continental tires.

Vehicle was going 65mph in middle lane of highway with vehicles on both sides. Consumer had radio on and turned it off after noticing smoke coming from rear of vehicle. Consumer heard a rattling noise, and immediately started getting over. Consumer opened the door, and saw rear left side resting down, and left rear tire blownout. Consumer stated it happened so fast, did not experience any sign of a blowout, consumer owns a 19,99 Ford, F150 with original tires, approximately 60,000 miles. Tire size P23570R16, and dot# vn00081rc.
Right rear Firestone wilderness/ht, P23570R16 tire blewout while driving at 50 mph, tread sepaerated, consumer states 2 people were injured in accident, consumer purchased 4 new tires, dot # W2081rc.
While driving the tires blewout in two pieces, the inside tire and the tread was one piece and the out sidewall was the other (Firestone wilderness 235/70R16).
PE00.020 ;was traveling about 50mph on the highway and noticed a loud noise. Was able to pull over to shoulder. All four tire tread separated. He has contacted Firestone. Firestone#at, P23575R15.
Firestone wilderness ht tires blew out 3 times. They were replaced with the same kind of tire each time. Last time consumer changed to Goodyear. They were the originals P235/70R16 tires. Vehicle was a 1999, Ford, F150.
PE-00-020- tire on a 1999 Ford F150, tire size P235/70R16, dot number not available. When driving 70 mph left front tire completely cut off from the tread which came off the rim, causing the vehicle to become difficult to steer, tires only had 5 to 6 thousand miles at the time of the incident. The tire was cut in two pieces, and Firestone's response to the customer was that there was an ongoing testing program at the time.
