My father owns this truck and there have been more problems with it than good. The entire undercarriage is rusting out as well as the doors and door frames. Now there is a recall for the fuel tank strap, because it is rusting out. My father has tried several times to contact ford and they claim there is nothing they can do????!!?? HELLO...obviously there is an issue with the metal used to create these beasts. There are several other issues with this make and model and ford has yet to step up and take care of them. If everything on the bottom of the vehicle is rusting out....there is an issue. The biggest problem that I have is that is one of these crappy parts rusts out and causes an accident. Does ford need a little reminder about the incidents with Toyota and how PEOPLE DIED from faulty mechanics?? What are you waiting for ford? More people to die? Take care of your consumers and fix these problems.
