While driving at 30-35mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision, and drivers seat belt did not retract, causing driver to lurch forward into dashboard. And the airbag fail to deploy.
The police said my dad's truck was going around 65 mph. The truck struck a guard rail on both sides in the front and the air bag did not deploy with either impact. They said he was not wearing his seat belt but the seat belt was still on him. He was ejected out of the passenger side and he was pinned under the truck. Three of the tires blew out also. Nlm
