Whenever its raining out the thing won't start but the engine turns over. And there's a high pitch whistle that is constant and annoying as... well... it sucks. Once the thing has a chance to dry out, it'll start right up but that whistle is still there. It'll run fine (besides the whistle) until it rains and gets the truck wet, then I'm stuck all over again....
