This actually happened twice. First time truck started running very badly. Took to Ford dealer who replaced the entire injector harness at my cost. Mechanic said this happens a lot. Second time had the wires spliced by an independent guy who told me about the grease, pepper, dryer sheets idea. Have not had any more issues but if I do, I'll be driving a Silverado.

Twice has been in shop because mice attracted to soy base electrical wire. Their should be a RECALL do to INFERIOR materials put in my truck. Disappointed because FORD use to be a reliable car manufacturer. It now makes think their just putting cheap materials in their product, NOT Ford Tough if MICE CAN EAT IT UP !
