On Oct 23, 2017 my 2015 Ford F150 steering locked while driving on California highway 273. Stopped truck and had to force steering wheel hard to the right to get steering to break loose. Also, all electric devices on steering wheel failed to operate. Display on dash flashed many different system failures. Unable to turn off key until steering wheel broke loose. On the morning of Oct 24, 2017 all worked okay but took truck to dealer.
Adaptive cruise control occasionally causes F 150 to make an emergency stop even though there is nothing in front of truck on a clear, sunny day. The truck was doing 70-75 mph 3 times when this occurred.
Ford is discontinuing the safety feature sync my Ford touch service which was part of the purchase agreement. This is a safety feature of the vehicle providing operator assistance, traffic alerts, turn by turn directions, and other safety related services. They are not offering a replacement or option to upgrade to the new sync 3 service. I am being cheated on what I purchased as described on the window sticker and in the owner's manual.
When goimg through any automatic car wash water shoots in rear part of panoramic sunroof, Ford says this si normal. It causes enough water to get in whwn it is hot or cold out to condensate on the windows. It is on rear seal of moonroof driver side.

The door/latches when the weather is cold the doors will not open, the latches break, the locks wont go up or down and you are either locked out R locked in and cannot open the doors in case of emergency. Also- the latches don't work in cold weather so the doors will not close and they fly open while driving. My real issue is that according to the tsb Ford company knew of this problem on the 2015 F150S in April of 2015 and I did not buy this truck until December of 2015! that is 8 months!! and it has happened to not only 2015S but also 2016S and 2017S! this should have been a recall. Ford is getting away with it because it only happens in cold weather months and not to every Ford truck. The tsb numbers are - Ford tsb 16-0155 for 2015-2017 F150 door latch & locking in cold weather and Ford tsb # 15-0052: Here is a link to a site where there are multiple complaints in the forum https://www.fordf150.net/forums/viewtopic.php?T=123522. I have video of the doors not closing after they say they fixed it. I will put a date of occurence below, but this has happened multiple times and the truck was also fixed two times for this reason, problems still persist.
Upon walking up to my car to go to the gym I noticed that my rear window was completely shattered but in one single piece. There was no sign of impact. As soon as I opened a door the entire window collapsed. This was on a hot day and truck was not on, parked on a city street not in motion. I reached out to Ford and they said they won't cover it. This happened before on the rear passenger side window.
Rear window shattered when using defroster - remote started vehicle. Vehicle was in driveway and I was right beside it when I heard the rear window make a pop sound.
I was traveling at highway speeds on the roadway when I heard a bang, like a gun shot. I pulled over and discovered my rear windshield had shattered. It had been rather the cold the night before, I did have the front defrost on but not the rear defrost. I observed nothing suspicious or unusal about the back of the truck area or top of cab. Further, there were no obvious holes or other markings.
Door locks/latches. I live in canton, Michigan and whenever the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees the locks fail to open and/or close. I am unable to open the door from the interior and/or exterior when this occurs. The doors locks also fail to catch when trying to close the doors and securing them. This is a extremely unsafe issue, especially if the car is involved in a motor vehicle crash and the occupants in the vehicle need to get out. Ford is telling me that the interior door hood does not properly keep water off the interior working parts of the door causing the parts to freeze and become inoperable. I am being told replacement parts are unavailable until late March 2017. This needs to be addressed and a recall ordered. This is continuing to happen to me this winter and also did during the winter months of 2015 into 2016. Ford initially was adding lube to all the working parts in a attempt to keep them from seizing up but that is not working because every time they lube the parts up within a day or two the door is malfunctioning once again.
During below freezing conditions drivers door will not close, will not lock or unlock. Ford has issued a technical service bulletin, tsb 15-0052, but the Ford service dept. Says it does not fix the problem. Not really safe driving the truck with one arm holding the door closed for several months of the year. Ford service claims there is nothing they can do unless Ford issues a recall action with a real fix.
The power locks on my truck to not operate properly. Some times they will not unlock and some times that will not lock. This morning I unlock the drivers door and go to the store, I get to the store and unlock the rear drivers door. I come back out of the store and only 1 door of the 4 doors would unlock, (drivers door) I reach across and open the passenger door from the inside, put the groceries and then the passenger side door will not lock.
Sunroof shattered while parked in our garage. The glass is bowed upward indicating the sunroof was not hit by anything from the outside. Temperate outside was in the teens.
I was unable to open my 2015 Ford F150 power doors using the key fob, door code buttons, or grip handle sensors. This was most concerning because the issue started with the rear doors; this caused my child to become stuck in the vehicle. The temperature was below freezing at this time. If I had not been able to release the door this would have been an immediate safety issues to my young children. This issue has since progressed to all doors becoming dysfunctional. My vehicle is now at the Ford dealership. My vehicle was both stationary and in motion at the time of incident on city streets and freeway. If I had been in an accident and quickly needed to extract my children from the vehicle the issue of the doors not functioning and freezing could have put my and my children's well fare at extreme risk.
My fiance and I were driving down the highway, with no cruise control on, and suddenly my sensors go off as if I was about to hit something. Then after a second (probably was only a split-second, but it felt like forever), it went away. If adaptive cruise control would have been enabled, this would have caused the brakes to automatically press (I know because this has happened to me before). I was passing a semi, if that helps. This is a very dangerous issue (sensors thinking they are going to hit something, when it should be nothing). I wish I had a video of it happening, but it only has happened 3 times for at most 3 seconds in the the 1.5 years I have owned the vehicle.

I noticed the front passenger brake overheating. The place I bought it from agree to replace pads and rotors. That didn't fix it, took it to Ford and they replaced caliper, but that didn't fix it.now its at Ford again! front passenger brake overheating even more than before! I'm afraid to drive it with my family in it for fear of potential brake failure/fire! truck is at mullinax Ford on northlake blvd in palm beach gardens Florida.
The advance track warning light and fuel assist start warning lit up then the engine speed decreased to 1000 rpms and no acceloration available this happened on ann state highway from 70 mph dropping down to 10 mph this took over 30 days to fix. Seemed to be missed diagnosed for weeks. Mechanics unable to find problem. Parts were shipped and delayed and lost. Wiring harnesses and PCM and finally throttle body seemed to correct the problem. Mixed up because computer told mechanics one thing but really another.
