This was supposed to be able to tow our 21 ft. travel trailer. Other trucks with the same ratings had no problems. Dealer said it was not warrantable. Took it to a spring repair shop and problem fixed. Dealer or Ford should pay for this, as the truck would not tow 60% of its rating by the user manual. Our summer holiday of a 2 month trip was wrecked.

We had a very difficult time getting the dealer to agree. The springs and shocks are not the same part number as other trucks the same rating. Dealer tested out trailer with our new truck, and others of the same rating and ours is dangerous.

Update from Jul 22, 2019: dealer replaced passenger tires with light truck tires and gave us an equaliser hitch. Works now
