Had this issue first as described with dealer recalibrating. Occurred again at 4300 miles and recalibrated again. Dealer ordered module and replaced at 4615 miles. Just went bad again at 4750 miles. Based on internet traffic, this is a major problem the Ford should have a recall on.
Update from Jun 14, 2022: A trailer I haul was putting 700# of tongue weight on hitch which raised the front by 1.9 deg. which caused the camera to be out of line. 1 deg. is the basic tolerance according to Ford. Had to put air bags over my axil to correct. I think this is still not correct and in particular it doesn't correct itself when the weight is taken off. Have to take to Ford dealer to have reset. I would really like to know how many other people are seeing this issue.
