What the heck ~ this is a 2 year old truck. I have always had a Ford but with issues like this making my life really inconvenient I may need to reconsider!
I drive A LOT and not being able to access my phone without picking it up and scrolling the numbers it's dangerous as well. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
