Affected Component: EQUIPMENT

Summary
Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 2.7L engine may experience lack of heat from the HVAC system. This condition may be the result of a heater hose near the oil cooler being misrouted and/or twisted causing a restriction to coolant flow. To correct this condition, inspect the hose for damage and reroute the hose above the coolant hose running perpendicular then fill and bleed the cooling system following procedures in WSM section 303-03A. For claiming, use causal part 18472 and M-time.
