Some 2021 F-150 vehicles built on or before 18-May-2021 may experience a Return Passenger Seat To Upright Position warning in the message center of the instrument panel cluster (IPC) when the passenger seat is already in the upright position. This may be due to a software parameter in the driver front seat module (DSM). To correct the condition, download and run the DSM - Driver Front Seat Module (DSM) Configuration app on the latest level of the Ford diagnostic scan tool.
