Summary
Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 5.0L engine and built on or before 23-April-2021 may exhibit a Low Oil Level message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) message center with a dipstick oil level reading above the minimum line. This may be due to a software parameter within the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.
