I was trying to sell the truck and a potential buyer had just taken it for a test drive when the transmission completely failed. I never did verify what the actual component in the tranny was that broke. Potentially too expensive to investigate so I had the shop swap it out for a rebuilt heavy duty tranny.

not shifting into gear with the clutch on the floor

on my way to school i was at a stop light and went to put into first and would sound like the clutch was not in. It has also had trouble going into second from firs and second to third. I don't know how to fix it but it is very annoying. I recently change the transmission fluid and the oil an the rest of the fluids and it did not fix or help it. what should i do?
