Failing 6 times in 2 months. It is all started one day when I drive to a park for a short walk took 30 mins when I came back engine still warm, but cannot start. Had to tow to dealership, they fix it, last for about 5,6 month.
Then happened again, suddenly I cannot start it.(cranks but engine does not start), towed again, dealer replaced fuel control module and send it back.
After a week, down again, this time they said it is fuel pump, replace and I took it back. 3 days later same thing happened, this time they told me it is due to new fuel pump is malfunctioned, and I run out of gas???!!! no way, I just topped my tank, and after I took it, I top my fuel again, indeed half tank fuel was in there.
Then 5 days later, things getting worth it stall while I was driving, send to dealer they said nothing wrong, nothing they can find, and ford stop covering my rental and blame me for being over racing, accusing me not like driving truck. So I pay rental myself, left my truck in dealer ship for 20 days, they tested, nothing. On the day I decided to pick up, they cannot start it, what a funny thing!
Took them few more days still no finding, then they drive it out, stall on half way.
Ford is not willing to do anything since it is just passed lemon law requirement(2years)
Even it is still under warranty and with only 12K mile on it.
Dealer was not willing to take trade in tell me that truck is piece of junk which is useless for them.
IT IS YOUR VIECHLE, FIX IT OR TAKE IT.
After I complain badly, they throw a price that is $6000 less than their original price.
I had enough of this, so took the sh*tty deal and let it go.
