Injector offset learning limits keeps triggering a engine light. Fuel consumption goes way up. Ford doesnt fix the problem they just keep clearing the code, but it always comes back
Check engine light comes on with injector codes. Ford clears the code and the problem continues to come back. Truck uses a lot more fuel when this is active. No help from Ford on getting this resolved. Issue: Some 2020-2022 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with cylinder injection pulse offset diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2B11, P2B13, P2B15, P2B17, P2B19, P2B1B, P2B1D, and/or P2B1F stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) after various fuel system repairs. This may be due to incorrect learned values in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM, reprogram the transmission control module (TCM), and perform the Reset Minimum Fuel Mass Adaptions All Cylinders.

My truck since new would not go into drive or reverse sometimes it's under warranty, I took it to the ford dealer and they were able see the problem but stated in writing that nothing needs to be done just wait for it to engage the gear when I'm ready to drive the truck. Please help me if possible. Thank you
The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the transmission experienced erroneous skipping of gears, causing the vehicle to lurch forward. The contact stated that the failure occurred frequently while towing and shortly after towing. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who indicated that the transmission had exhibited normal operation and no failure was identified. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 6.
On 2 separate occasions (3-25-23, 3-26-23) the transmission was frozen in drive, could not bring it up to neutral, reverse, or park. The first incident took about 10 minutes to put the truck in another gear. The second incident took about 20 minutes to engage in neutral and then another 20 minutes to engage the reverse mode. I called roadside assistance for help. But was in northern Michigan and did not have adequate cellular service to complete the request. Both times the vehicles was driven in heavy snow and slush. The second time the problem lasted almost an hour and was stuck in the woods.
Put my vehicle in drive and it went in reverse twice once it went into neutral. 10 speed transmission. Grinds gears when down shifting from 5-4 4-3. Gears also slip when going into those same gears. Vehicle sometimes jolts.
Excessively loud clunk from transmission when engaging forward and reverse gears, loud clunk from transmission when shifting while vehicle is in motion. Vehicle lerches forward while coming to a stop.
