The consumer purchased the vehicle with a factory installed towing package to pull his 5th wheel travel trailer. The consumer then purchased a new 5th wheel travel trailer that was equipped with factory installed brake controller for the trailer. The consumer soon discovered that the towing package for the F-350 did work when applying the brake when towing the travel trailer.
