On 4 separate occasions while driving my truck under 60 mph, the truck started shaking violently. The steering froze and the complete chassis, frame and body shook and felt like it was falling apart. It only subsided when I decelerated below 30 mph.

I was driving home late one night from work, running about 55-60 and the steering wheel and truck started violently shaking and got worse as I tried to apply brakes. It caused me to run off the side of the road into a farm field(luckily no damage)! so I shut the truck off and checked everything, I thought a wheel was falling off or something but everything was good, so I slowly drove home and would start to feel the steering wheel shake when I would apply brakes but nothing like before.

The truck violently shaked out of control while traveling between 50 and 70 miles per hour after hitting various rough road conditions on the freeway. Everything from expansion joints to small potholes. The dealer changed the steering stabilizer to the updated model, but the truck still shakes while going over these road conditions, but does not wobble out of control. "death wobble" truck began this vibration at 10,000 miles, and the wobble took place three times beginning at 13,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-350. While driving 70 mph, the ABS engaged without warning. The contact managed to turn the vehicle off and back on and it resumed normal operation. The vehicle was taken to matthews currie Ford (130 N tamiami trail, nokomis, fl 34275, (800) 248-2378) where it was test driven, but the dealer was unable to duplicate that failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided case number: Cas-[xxx]. no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 15,600. The VIN was unknown. ('parts of this document have been redacted to protect personally identifiable information pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).')

During speeds 50 mph or above the front of truck will shake violently losing control of steer and breaking. It only takes the edge of a cement transition between regular road and bridge or some basic rough spots to start the violent shaking. During speeds between 35 and 50 after driving over rough road front will shimmy and smoothout. I have had 3 near misses with other vehicles due to the extreme and violent shaking. Yesterday was a near miss with a semi-truck, and did not gain control until after crossing over three lanes of I-435 traffic outside of Kansas City. I went by Ford today, and they have had many complaints for same reason. This is an extreme safety issue. I should have been notified that this model of truck is developing drivability issues that can kill.
