The contact became aware that water was dripping from the sunglasses compartment located on the ceiling above the rear-view mirror. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact called the manufacturer and was advised to take the vehicle to a dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was also directed to call the NHTSA Safety Hotline for assistance.
