Jacked up my truck using the jacking points in the owners manual and using the factory jack. Ford dealer had no idea why or what happened and told me to take it to a body shop for a second opinion. He never gave me a first opinion. Both service advisor and service manager stood beside the truck without looking under for frame damage which is what I suspect is a defect. I asked 2 questions! WHY WOULD THIS HAPPEN? IS IT SAFE TO DRIVE? Both questions were unanswered. I have also filed with Transport Canada. Many on forums just say they have the same problem but never bothered to report them.
