When I brought this Ford Ranger in June of this year, I noticed some chips on the bed in front of the back wheel when I first washed the truck, I went to dealership and ordered a touch up kit so I could touch up the chips. You know there will be some chips every now and then. Now I washed the truck last week after I touched up the tail light chip and saw a bunch of chips on the bottom of the doors and bed. I just washed my truck on 12/19/2019 and saw that on the bed on both sides in front of the rear tire it looks like someone has sand blasted the paint. The bottom of the doors have multiple chips on them. I called Ford dealership where I brought this truck and they are going to look at my paint.

I reported this problem maybe a month or so after I bought it. It literally started chipping day 1, but I thought maybe it's just normal rock chipping from road. It continued to do this, so I reported to K.... H....., the general manager of the dealership, and D... W....., the body shop manager. They both agreed this was unacceptable, and said they would file a claim, and have the Ford rep come in and look at it. At the time I reported it, the assistant manager, B...., took over 20 pictures, and said she would be upset if it were her car as well.

The general manager K...H....., said it may be a few weeks or a month before Ford rep comes in, so I gave them a little time. After a month, I asked the general manager if he had talked to rep, and he said he forgot, REALLY FORGOT, then said he would reach out and set it up. I have checked back at least 5 or 6 times, and keep hearing nothing but WORDS AND NO ACTIONS from the General Manager K...h H....n. We did business together, so I guess the GM assumes he can treat me as if I’m not a customer, how UNPROFESSIONAL!

ANYWAY, I want ACTIONS AND NOT WORDS IN THIS SITUATION! The vehicle has never been off the road, never on a dirt road, never on long trips. Just want it fixed.
