Vehicle was taken to the dealer for a routine check up, and mechanic determined that oil was leaking from underneath the vehicle, and that the oil gasket needed to be replaced. The consumer wrote that he should be refunded money paid for the work that had to be done
Heat only operated on max. Bought repair manual and repair part and fixed it myself. (vehicle was 1 month out of warranty and dealer would not help). Steering gear failed. (vehicle warranty was under mileage but over on time. (dealer would not help with parts or labor even though they knew the part was defective).
