When my heater digital selector is setup at 19°C, the air comes out so hot that I have to drive around with a window open to get fresh air from outside.
As I live in Canada, it is not too funny to drive around with open window at -20°c outside temperature.
My Ford Technical Advisor (?????) at Mauger Ford tells me that it's normal and to put the heater selector on Auto mode and it will be ok.
My car still have a full Guarantee until end of December 2011, but they still don't want to fix it.
